Founded in 2019, our mission is to build the most popular car subscription platform. Our aim is to help anyone who loves driving a car of their own but fears the struggle, commitment, and intransparent costs associated with ownership to get behind the wheel. Customers can book their dream car in less than 15 minutes – without any more effort than just a few clicks. We achieve this by offering all-around carefree, immediately available, monthly car subscriptions. The best part: We compensate for the CO2 footprint of every kilometer driven by our customers.

FAQs

We are happy to hear that you are interested in joining our team! For your application, please include your CV on the application page of the specific job. Be aware that for some roles you might need to submit additional documents. It takes only 5 minutes to apply. What are you waiting for? :) 

No, it's generally not necessary to include a picture in your CV, and in fact, we at FINN suggest avoiding it in order to minimize the risk of unconscious bias. Instead, focus on highlighting your qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job you're applying for.

At FINN, we follow a multi-stage process. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to get to know various people of your future team. Further in the process, we will ask you to work on a case/ coding challenge in which you will have the chance to show your role-specific skills. Details regarding the application process will be addressed in more detail in the first interview.

We aim at getting back to you within 48 hours after having the interview. In some cases, it might take longer. Be sure that we are always trying to respond as quickly as possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have other ongoing applications with different companies or want to follow-up yourself.

For some positions, we offer you the opportunity to work 100% remotely. Other roles require you to work from the office. However, this always depends on the position and is stated in the specific job descriptions.

Yes, if you find several positions exciting, you are welcome to apply for more than one. We'll get back to you on which role might suit you best.

All our interviews are designed to be conducted online from home. However, if you would like to meet us in person and get an impression of our office, you are more than welcome to come to our office for one of your interviews. We are looking forward to meeting you!
