Our aim is to help anyone who loves driving a car of their own but fears the struggle, commitment, and intransparent costs associated with ownership to get behind the wheel. Customers can book their dream car in less than 15 minutes – without any more effort than just a few clicks. We achieve this by offering all-around carefree, immediately available, monthly car subscriptions. The best part: We compensate for the CO2 footprint of every kilometer driven by our customers.

Our Departments - A Cross-Functional-Setup
We follow a cross functional setup by having the People & Engineering teams distributed in every department. This gives us all the resources we need to work autonomously and minimizes our dependence on other parts of the company. Find out more about our setup and the different departments.
Joining us in March 2022 as Senior OEM Account Manager II, Ayah plays an integral role in establishing partnerships with the world's most renowned OEMs.

Sebastian is a Senior Finance Manager, whose journey at FINN started back in 2019 as a working student. Together with his team, he raised a whooping €500M in debt for the company in 2021.

Zohal has a wide variety of work experience before moving from Canada to Germany and joining FINN in early 2022. Now she is a Senior Recruiter based, helping to grow our German team.

No, it's generally not necessary to include a picture in your CV, and in fact, we at FINN suggest avoiding it in order to minimize the risk of unconscious bias. Instead, focus on highlighting your qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job you're applying for.
At FINN, we follow a multi-stage process. Throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to get to know various people of your future team. Further in the process, we will ask you to work on a case/ coding challenge in which you will have the chance to show your role-specific skills. Details regarding the application process will be addressed in more detail in the first interview.
We aim at getting back to you within 48 hours after having the interview. In some cases, it might take longer. Be sure that we are always trying to respond as quickly as possible. For some positions, we offer you the opportunity to work 100% remotely. Other roles require you to work from the office. However, this always depends on the position and is stated in the specific job descriptions.
