At FINN, we have seven departments: People, User Acquisition, B2B, Fleet, Operations, Finance & Legal, and Engineering. Our People and Engineering team work in a cross-functional setting which means that these two teams are distributed throughout every department. Having a cross-functional-setup enables us to have all resources at hand to work autonomously and to have minimal dependencies on other parts of the company.

User Acquisition (B2C)

The User Acquisition is responsible for making FINN the natural choice for consumers. The department is cross-functional and tackles Product, Marketing and Sales. Our team tackles Performance Marketing, Content Creation, Product Design, Affiliate & Partnerships, and Customer Sales, Partnerships, and Automation are located.

User Acquisition (B2C)

B2B

The B2B Department’s mission is to revolutionize Business Mobility by building the No. 1 car subscription platform for every company and employee in Europe and the US. When talking to Fleet Managers of our B2B customers, we always put our clients’ needs first and prioritize efficiency through process digitization and automation.

Fleet

The Fleet department is responsible for our key asset - Our cars. We forge strategic relationships with new and established players in the automotive market around the world and steer our fleet’s profitability. With that, we make sure that we offer a diverse and attractive range of vehicles to our customers.

To do so, we have built a highly multidisciplinary team that works closely together to achieve our mission - Building a profitable fleet that our customers love!

Operations

The Operations department makes our customers the happiest ever by delivering the cars! They ensure highly efficient fleet processes at low costs. The main focus is on all the logistics in the background, such as vehicle deliveries, operations development, and fleet management. Customer success and the continuous satisfaction also plays an important role in the Operations department.

Finance & Legal

The Finance & Legal team at FINN is responsible for managing our financial operations and strategic planning processes, as well as engaging with investors and raising debt capital. Our team plays a critical role in optimizing finance processes, monitoring financial performance, and translating strategic projects into numerical data for analysis.

Engineering

Due to the cross-functional and mission-based organizational design, Engineering at FINN is in direct and close collaboration with the Business and Product teams. This way, the Engineering team is supporting the business needs and ensuring scalability, as well as quality on the technical side of things.
